Multiseparator RVS
Using the Kongskilde Multiseparator RVS 75 enables the removal, by suction of small sized waste material from production lines involved in the manufacture of paper, plastic foil, aluminium foil and packaging material.
The RVS 75 separates light material from the suction line air stream and re-introduces it into the pressure line.
The RVS 75 Multiseparator is particularly suitable for installations where a strong suction effect is essential.
STS Separator
The Kongskilde STS separator is designed for pneumatic conveying systems in the paper, plastic and packaging industries.
The Kongskilde STS separator is placed at the discharge end of the conveying system, which could be a stationary compactor or a container. With the STS separator only a minimum volume of air is discharged together with the conveyed material.
The conveying air is blown out through the air outlet of the separator – either direct in the open air or to a filter, which will remove any dust from the conveying air.
The Kongskilde STS separator is available in two different sizes: Type STS 160 for conveying systems equipped with Kongskilde’s OK160 pipes (160 mm). The volume of air can be up to 2500 cu.m/h. Type STS 200 for conveying systems equipped with Kongskilde’s OK200 pipes ( 200 mm).
The volume of air can be up to 2000 cu.m/h to 3400 cu.m/h.
